Own a little piece of history in the heart of Disney, Oklahoma! This charming historic home site was once home to one of the first houses built in the small town of Disney, providing housing for workers during the construction of the Pensacola Dam. Built in the 1940s, shortly after the founding of Disney by Wesley E. Disney, a U.S. Congressman, this four-room home offers a unique opportunity to own a piece of the community's rich history while creating something new for the future. With its potential as an income-producing property, this home is ideally situated in what has become a thriving four-wheeling and outdoor adventure destination. Disney attracts visitors year-round with an abundance of recreational opportunities, including camping, boating, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and and much more.
